How to use

Pre-menopausal women should use 1 pump daily for days 14-28, while peri-menopausal and post-menopausal women may use 1 pump daily for 21 days and then take 7 days off.

The cream should be rubbed lightly on thin-skinned areas like the forearms, behind the ears, decolletage, and bottoms of feet, but rotating areas are not necessary.
