General Recommendations

• Pre-menopausal women use 1 pump daily days 14-28
• Peri-menopausal and post meno women may use 1 pump AM 1 pump PM  daily for 21 days then 7 days off
• Rub lightly on thinned skinned areas like forearms, behind ears, decolletage, bottoms of feet. Rotating areas is ideal but not necessary.
